Pamela Frank supports the firm’s efforts related to electric vehicle (EV) growth and the development of renewable energy, advanced technologies, and energy efficiency projects. She also serves as Gabel’s representative and chief executive officer of ChargEVC, a non-profit coalition comprising utilities, automotive dealers, technology companies, equity, environmental and consumer advocates that promotes the sustainable growth of the EV market. Ms. Frank has served as a key stakeholder in the development of the solar energy market in New Jersey, working with the state Board of Public Utilities, legislative leadership and the governor’s office for the successful passage of the Solar Advancement and Fair Competition Act of 2010. Previously, Ms. Frank served as the founding executive director for the not-for-profit organization GreenFaith.
